Please note that a 24 hour cancellation notice is required to better meet the needs for all clients. Less than 24 hours in advance, we understand things come up. Please call or text us at (469)756-6189 as soon as possible. We charge a 50% cancellation fee or $25 (whichever is greater) for any no-show, rescheduled, or cancelled appointments with less than 48 hours notice that we are unable to fill with someone else, so be sure to let us know if you won't make it.

To be respectful of all clients, we ask that you please arrive for your appointment on time. Late arrivals will be charged based on the time originally scheduled and we may not be able to extend your time due to other scheduled clients.
